We believe money skills should be accessible
Started in 2019 by educators who saw too many people struggling with basic financial decisions
Explore our programsHow we got here
Six years ago, three teachers in Melbourne noticed something. Students graduating uni had no clue about tax returns. Young professionals earning good salaries were intimidated by their super statements. People making life decisions without understanding compound interest.
We started running weekend workshops. Just practical stuff. How to read a payslip. What that jargon in bank letters actually means. The sessions filled up fast, and we realized the gap was bigger than we thought.
So we built quatelinevo. Not another finance blog with generic advice. But structured education that meets people where they are, whether you're sorting out your first savings account or trying to understand investment options before retirement.

What drives us
Three principles shape everything we create
Plain language
Financial concepts explained without the industry speak. If a term needs defining, we define it properly.
Practical focus
Skills you can actually use. Each lesson connects to real situations you'll encounter with your own finances.
No judgement
Everyone starts somewhere. We meet learners at their current knowledge level and build from there.
Meet the team
Our courses are developed by people who've taught finance literacy for years. They know which concepts trip people up and how to explain them clearly.

Klara Thorvaldsen
Lead Course Developer
Former economics teacher who spent twelve years explaining superannuation to everyone from apprentices to executives. She builds our core curriculum and makes sure complex topics stay digestible.
Vesna Blackwood
Education Director
Designed financial programs for community colleges across Victoria. She runs our instructor training and develops the assessment frameworks that measure actual understanding, not just completion rates.
Our teaching approach
Built for different learning styles
Some people learn best by reading. Others need to work through examples. We structure lessons with multiple entry points so you can engage with material in the way that works for you.
Our programs run over several months because financial confidence doesn't come from cramming. You need time to apply concepts, see how they work in your situation, and build on that foundation.
Classes stay small. We cap enrollment so instructors can answer individual questions and provide feedback on actual decisions you're working through.
